At Hopkins Estates, we have an extensive portfolio of over 80 properties consisting of residential and commercial properties ranging from a one-bedroom flat to sizeable supermarket properties.

We currently have residential properties in Wincanton, Gillingham, Sherborne, Shepton Montague, Sutton Montis, Henstridge and Maperton. All of the properties and managed by ourselves, and all maintenance is carried out by our own team of experienced and qualified tradespeople.

We have retail and commercial properties in Wincanton, Gillingham, Sherborne and Weymouth. These range from small individual offices, right through to properties suitable for supermarkets, builder merchants and production.
